No, I did not get a nose job

Last week, a bad driver, unaware of me on my bike, cut me off on MLK drive. I was riding fast to work, and had about 10 feet in front of me to stop. Well, that wasn't enough room. So, my bike and I ran into her shitty gas guzzling suv/jeep thing. Her car broke my face, and I had to have surgery on my nose a couple of days ago. That is why there is plaster cast on my face! Not because I am uncomfortable with my big, beautiful, bent nose haha

It's going to be all right!
I miss riding my bike. But soon enough, i'll be able to do more than walk a few blocks without blood dripping down my face :) I bought this bike, an SE Lager single speed, about one month ago. I spent money I didn't really have at the time. It has most definitely been worth it. It's a great bike, we treat each other well. Luckilly it didn't get hurt much in the crash. The front wheel and brake were slightly bent. I took it to Cory the Bike Fixer, where I bought it, and he fixed it for free. Not only did he straighten the wheel, but he wrote me up a fake receipt so that I could get some money from this lady's insurance. Oh Cory, what a man!
My mom got me this awesome flower thing and a smiley face balloon in the hospital. In a couple days when I can ride my bike, I'm going to ride it around with them attachted! It will be really fun. My mom was a super duper sweet heart and great mom this weekend! She came all the way to Milwaukee to take me to the hospital, and stayed with me overnight to make sure my face didn't hurt too much. She even did our dishes! How great.
I can't wait for Thursday Night Ride this week! I went on my first TNR ride last week and it was so much fun! I don't know why I had never gone before. Good thing it is every week :)
